Larry has had an extensive career in senior management since the mid 70's, in behavioral and hospital healthcare leadership. He is the president of Centerboard Associates, a consulting firm in Three Rivers, Michigan.

As a hospital trustee at Three Rivers Area Hospital, www.trah.org, governance has been a familiar challenge and provides Larry with a unique perspective for organizations and boards looking for new ideas in leadership.  First introduced to Policy Governance during his tenure as a county mental health executive, Larry also has a CEO perspective that provides organizations with a complete approach to coaching and fine tuning the practice of this model.

Larry received his training in Policy Governance with John Carver through a special project in Battle Creek, Michigan funded by the Kellogg Foundation, and graduated from the Policy Governance Academy.  He has been a consultant to over 20 organizations who have implemented and are practicing Policy governance.
